  • Progressive muscle relaxation is one of the first things we all need to do often. We all tense our muscles up without realising it which depletes our energy and keeps us in a heightened state of tension.

  • NOW...get yourself comfortable, turn off your phone, make sure you are warm and wont be interrupted, push play and close your eyes.
